**About Us**:
We are a premium demi-fine jewelry brand specializing in allergy-free, anti-tarnish pieces that blend elegance with everyday wear. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Model & Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fashion, understands social media trends, and can embody our brand's aesthetics through engaging content.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Trend Research & Competitive Analysis**:

- Conduct regular research on emerging social media trends, especially in the jewellery and fashion sectors.
- Analyze competitor content strategies and advertising approaches.
- Identify and report on key market insights to inform content creation and brand positioning.

2. **Content Creation & Modelling**:

- Act as the face of the brand by modelling our jewelry in photo and video content.
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality content aligned with current social media trends.
- Produce engaging videos, reels, and images that highlight product USPs and resonate with our target audience.
- Ensure content is optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

3. **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain organized records of content performance across social media and ad platforms.
- Track engagement metrics and consumer feedback.
- Generate regular reports on content effectiveness and suggest data-driven improvements.

4. **Content Optimization & Iteration**:

- Analyze performance data to identify successful content formats and areas for improvement.
- Adapt and refine content strategies based on analytical insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to test new content angles and optimize ad creatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, influencer, or model, preferably within the fashion or jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Confidence in front of the camera with a keen eye for aesthetics.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in or familiarity with social media & ad platforms.
- Knowledge of jewelry and fashion styling.
- Video editing and post-production skills.
