Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Video Content Creator & Marketing Specialist. This role requires proficiency in shooting and editing videos, as well as a strong understanding of marketing principles to create engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video content from start to finish, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
- Operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices, to capture high-quality footage.
- Edit videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to produce polished and professional content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content strategies that support marketing initiatives and objectives.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all video content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and marketing to continually improve content quality and effectiveness.
- Monitor video performance metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven improvements.
- Assist with other marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in video production, including shooting and editing, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on creating content that drives engagement and conversion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in film production, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Portfolio showcasing previous video projects and marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
