**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**:

- Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services.
- Stay updated with any changes in product offerings or policies.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- **Sales Process**:

- Follow a structured sales process to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Provide accurate information and pricing to customers.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Use CRM software to manage leads and track progress.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Persuasion**: Ability to persuade and influence others.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly motivated and target-driven.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues.

**Educational Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Additional certifications in sales or customer service.
