**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Lead Calling**:
Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential leads.

Articulate the key features and advantages of our current projects to generate interest.

**Site Visit Coordination**:
Efficiently book appointments for interested leads to visit project sites.

Provide comprehensive information to ensure a smooth and engaging site visit experience.

**Communication Skills**:
Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey project details persuasively.

Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while interacting with potential clients.

**Qualifications**:
Freshers or individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar pre-sales or customer-facing role.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
