**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and use cases tailored to customer needs.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, build rapport with prospects, and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Understand customer pain points and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **sales, telesales, or inside sales** (preferably in SaaS, software, or product-based companies).
- Excellent **spoken and written English** communication skills.
- Strong **persuasion and negotiation** abilities.
- Experience with online tools like **Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams** for product demos.
- Familiarity with **CRM software** (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or online product demos.
- Background in B2B or B2C sales.
- Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
