**Job Type: Fulltime On-Site**

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to understand project

requirements and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for print and digital mediums

(e.g., brochures, website banners, social media graphics, presentations).
- Craft compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target

audiences.
- Select and source high-quality imagery and illustrations.
- Proficiently use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative

Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in using Figma.
- Experience with UI/UX design and web development.
- Proficiency in video editing or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
