**Job Summary**:
We are seeking experienced and technically proficient **Service Desk Executives** to join our IT support team in Noida. This role involves handling international voice-based technical support, troubleshooting, and managing incidents using ticketing tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **international voice support** calls efficiently and professionally.
- Log and track incidents and service requests using standard **ticketing tools**.
- Perform basic **troubleshooting** for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Monitor systems for alerts and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalated issues to ensure resolution.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in **Service Desk/Technical Support** roles.
- Strong communication skills with prior **international voice support** experience.
- Experience using tools like **ServiceNow**, **Remedy**, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of **Windows OS**, MS Office, remote access tools, and basic networking.
- Ability to work in a **24x7 rotational shift environment**.
- Must be available to join **immediately or within 30 days**.
