**POSITION PURPOSE**
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Support marketing executives and manager in organizing various projects, including management and successful execution of all physical and online events and activities; fairs, in-house seminars, MTEs etc.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal or external audience
- Post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts - Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Events & Local Campaigns**:
- Manage and ensure successful delivery of all physical and online events and lead generation activities.
- Assist in developing and launching local event paid campaigns on IDP Owned channels and external ad channels
- Conduct regular competitor monitoring to develop actionable responses in event activities and event communications.
- Coordinates multiple task streams cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of events.
**Administrative Support**:
- Keeping website content up to date
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks such as vendor liaison, reaching out to sponsors and invoicing etc.
- Prepare presentations according to corporate guidelines
**Technical & Professional knowledge**:
- Well versed with the intricacies of events planning and execution.
- Champion the end-to-end use of digital event management solutions (CVENT) in event management processes.
- Be update to date with developments in the events industry
- Well versed in social media and website management systems to assist in postings on social media and website content updates
- Basic design or visual layout on Canva
**Customer centrism / Client Satisfaction**:
- Liaison for overseas institution representatives and local supporting partners in the participation of our marketing led physical and online events and activities.
- Provide accurate, efficient and responses to clients’ expectation.
**Team Focus & Communication Skills**:
- Assist in planning of annual events and event campaign calendar.
- Develop effective campaign briefs for key local events.
- Work closely with team members in the marketing team
- Synergise with marketing team to ensure event marketing communications are on point and to achieve the best results.
- Assist the marketing team in directing all physical and online event related creative and/or collaterals development and/or production.
- Good communication skills to liaise not only with students and client institutions but also with the internal staffs in other function teams
- Regular communication with the Marketing Manager, SP Managers and BD team for the outcomes, issues, recommendations and ideas
- Maintain friendly & professional relationships with multiple stake holders including universities clients, partners and agencies.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or work experience equivalent)
- Experienced in end-to-end events planning and delivery
- Must have the ability to work and operate in a team and demonstrate teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills
