Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to assess their academic goals and aspirations
- Provide guidance on course selection, program requirements, and career pathways
- Assist students in developing personalized academic plans tailored to their interests and abilities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and programs to provide accurate information to students
- Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Offer support in developing effective study habits, time management skills, and exam preparation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress
- Stay connected with alumni to provide ongoing support and mentorship opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in academic counselling or advising roles is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of educational systems, college admissions processes, and career pathways
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
- Exceptional listening and communication skills to effectively understand and address students' concerns
- Ability to provide guidance on both academic and personal development matters
- Proficient in using technology for counselling purposes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month
