About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses, programs, and career paths based on their academic background, interests, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all courses, fee structures, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities
  • Coordinate with faculty, academic teams, and admissions teams for smooth onboarding
  • Support students throughout the application/enrollment process
  • Achieve weekly/monthly counseling and enrollment targets
  • Prepare reports on lead status, conversions, and feedback
  • Contribute ideas for improving student experience and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Empathetic, student-first approach with a passion for education
  • Ability to work with targets and handle multiple students/leads simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
