**JOB Summary: -**

We are looking for an Enthusiastic male Customer Care Executives Freshers to work for UK Voice Process to contribute to Converting Leads. You will be responsible for closing Lead deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships**.**

**Roles**
Inbound/outbound calls as per business expectations for Customer service/sales team
Meet call quality above 80% Adherence to process & scripts.
Should handle the customers confidently and assertively.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all the calls handled.
Should be fine with UK Shift as per the process requirement.
Reporting basic escalation to Team Leader.

**Skillset**: -**

Should be able to communicate in English Proficiently.
Limited MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) affecting Pronunciation/Understanding.
Should have basic knowledge of operating computer.
Should have typing speed of 25-30 words per minute.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
