We're looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our international team. Your main role is to assist customers, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive experience. If you're a people person with good communication skills, we want you

**Responsibilities**:

- Help customers with product/service info and resolve issues.
- Work with different teams to solve problems promptly.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain high-quality service as per our standards.
- Document interactions accurately in our system.
- Collect and record customer feedback for improvement.
- Juggle multiple tasks while staying detail-oriented.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous customer service experience, especially in international settings.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
