The brand marketing team at Meesho comprises brand, media, insights, social and creative teams. We collaborate with business and product stakeholders and external partners to bring the brand communications of Meesho to life. Our aim is to enhance the quality of awareness of Meesho and it’s key messages. Ensuring we reach the right cohorts with the right message at the right time, leading to strong business and brand health growth. **About The Role**:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Trainee** to support our brand marketing team. The role will primarily involve operational excellence — ensuring smooth execution, data management, and coordination across teams.

**What you’ll do**:
- Consolidate campaign data and maintain reports (comfortable with Google Sheets is a must).
- Manage executional tasks that keep projects running smoothly.
- Coordinate with agencies on deliverables, timelines, and updates.
- Support documentation and process hygiene.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless follow-ups.
- Bring a user-first mindset to everything — ensuring empathy and user value reflect even in day-to-day operations.
