**Job Purpose
Handles commercial officer role for Rajkot Ceramic unit

**Primary Responsibilities
**Business Responsibility Areas**

**Key Performance Indicators
Customer service:

- Monitor Daily billable MIS preparation and co-ordination with sales team and CFA on regular load forming and daily billing
- Coordinate with CFA and transporters and dispatch the material to customer within SLA.

Vendor management:

- Monthly structured review for CFA and transport vendors along with sharing of MOM with action plan
- Educating vendor for correct bill submission on time and processing the payment with commercial manual compliance.
- Exploring cost reduction avenues, monthly review of cost against the budget /LY and optimization of cost while balancing the servicing need

Statutory and Safety compliances:

- Regular interaction with vendors for ensuring PF/ESIC payment and other compliance.
- Submission of statutory compliance and financial closure certificate on quarterly basis to HO.
- Randomly checking Safety audit checklist followed by CFA. Submit Safety report within timelines
- OCT & ICT- PPR- Compliance report and Safety reportProcess Controls:

- Randomly check All registers & customer acknowledgements to ensure upkeep of Records.
- Conduct transport review on monthly basis for Vehicle placement, Service benchmark, Intransit Damage, shortage complaints, Pending Payment bills.
- Conduct Monthly CFA review for Various tracking formats, Billing co-ordination, Material Service performance as per Agreement Variable working.
- Ensuring CFA to follow the scheduled RST and share the results of RST. Keep the records of RST done.
