Develop and execute a comprehensive AI architecture and strategy that transforms our organization's capabilities and places us at the forefront of the industry.

You are responsible for designing and building an AI suite from scratch, utilizing cloud architecture to empower our business analysts to develop ML models without concerns about underlying data access.

You will work with large datasets and construct pipelines for preprocessing and feature engineering.

You will develop models using the latest AI frameworks and libraries.

Collaborating with software developers, you will integrate models into production systems and automate the deployment process

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and translate them into AI-driven solutions that deliver tangible value.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence in AI development practices, model deployment, and performance optimization.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, industry trends, and emerging best practices, proactively exploring new approaches and potential partnerships to maintain our competitive advantage.

Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic AI initiatives, establish project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and effectively communicate progress, achievements, and challenges.

**QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in in designing and building AI solutions on hyperscaler cloud platforms
- Strong background in AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc

**KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)**
- Proven experience as a successful AI Architect, leading end-to-end AI/ML solution design and implementation in complex environments, ideally within the supply chain, large pharma, or retail industries.
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and deploying state-of-the-art AI solutions, including machine learning models, deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Track record of effectively leveraging cloud platforms, big data infrastructure, and distributed computing frameworks to scale AI initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and data privacy principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Deep passion for AI/ML technologies and their transformative potential.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and driving organizational growth through AI/ML innovation.
- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and reliability in AI deliverables.
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes

**ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)**

Typically work in in an office environment with adequate lightning and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.

A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.

Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs.
