About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
AI Software Architect

to define and lead the architecture of
AI-powered products

. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in designing AI systems end-to-end and a proven track record of
building products from the ground up

—from concept and MVP to production and scale.

This role offers more than just technical leadership — it provides a

As a
strategic technical leader

, you will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to
translate business vision into scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions

, with a strong emphasis on
Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

.

Location: Remote (or Pune)

Compensation

This is an
equity-based role (no direct salary until we get the funding)

. We are offering generous
equity participation (Not like ESOPs)

in the company for the right candidate who is motivated to
build AI products from the ground up with long-term ownership and vision

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the
  overall architecture

for AI-based products and platforms.
- Architect, develop and deliver
AI products from scratch

, including MVP design, prototyping, scaling, and production readiness.
- Hands-on coding

expertise is required.
- Expertise

to
choose and train

the right
models

for intent identification, sentiment analysis, cross selling and recommendation.
- Take
full ownership of delivery

across architecture, implementation, and deployment.
- Build
end-to-end AI pipelines

– data ingestion, preprocessing, training/fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate
LLMs and GenAI frameworks

(e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
- Design and implement
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Provide architectural leadership on
data pipelines, cloud-native solutions, microservices, and distributed systems

.
- Drive
MLOps practices

(CI/CD for AI, monitoring, retraining) to ensure sustainable AI delivery.
- Mentor and groom engineering teams, review designs/code, and establish
AI/ML best practices

.
- Ensure adherence to
data security, privacy, and ethical AI standards

.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and
recommend adoption for business growth

.

Qualifications

• 18–25

years of experience in software design and development, with
at least 3 years

in AI/ML system design and architecture.
- Experience architecting
multi-tenant AI SaaS platforms

.
- Proven expertise in
building and scaling AI-based products from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of:
- ML/DL frameworks

: PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Generative AI & LLMs

: OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG-based systems
- Cloud AI Platforms

: AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI
- Data pipelines & orchestration:

Spark, Kafka, Airflow
- Experience with
software architecture principles

, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native designs.
- Hands-on experience with
MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production-grade AI deployments

- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
