*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle end-to-end procurement of solar components, ensuring timely purchase and delivery of materials as per project schedule
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate and finalize purchase orders and contracts, ensuring best commercial terms
- Monitor and control procurement budgets
- Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material requirements and track material delivery
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, GRNs, invoices, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements
*Requirements:*
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or Supply Chain/Commerce
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in solar EPC or renewable energy projects
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of solar components and supply chain
*Desired Skills:*
- Experience in sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, and material management specific to solar projects
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Salary:*
- ₹35,000
