Medical Procurement Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for medical supplies, equipment, and services to secure the best possible prices and delivery terms.
- Conduct research to find the best suppliers of medical products and negotiate contracts and terms with them.
- Analyze market trends and conditions for medical products to determine the best time to buy.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers of medical products to ensure they meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical products and ensure timely reordering to avoid stock shortages.
- Process purchase orders for medical products and ensure they are in compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Keep records of all purchases, contracts, and invoices for medical products.
- Assist in the resolution of any purchasing-related issues, such as delivery problems or invoice disputes, related to medical products.
- Stay up-to-date on procurement laws and regulations related to medical products and ensure that the organization complies with them.
- Collaborate with other departments, especially the medical department, to understand their needs and ensure that the organization's procurement strategy for medical products aligns with its overall goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Any degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field, with a focus on medical products.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent Microsoft Exel skills, Ability to use macros to automate tasks, such as generating invoices or sending reminders to customers.
- Knowledge of using conditional formatting to flag overdue invoices or highlight late payments.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru - 560064, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
