**Job Description and Qualifications**

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Manage all inspection activities in coordination with TPI, Internal departments.
- Monitor and Track all inspection arrangements end to end.
- Coordinate with suppliers, inspection agencies.
- Assist Inspection Leads in generation of Inspection Statistics
- Must have adequate knowledge of the inspection process
- Assist Inspection Leads in management of Inspection Agency invoices
- Lead the inspection coordination activities with third party inspection agencies for timely arrangement of inspector, review of inspection & release notes, material test reports, etc.
- General review of inspection reports and other inspection deliverables of the inspection agencies.
- Manage Retention and Retrieval of Inspection Data in company software/database
- Experience with SmartPlant shall be an added advantage

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**Qualifications**
- Science Graduate
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering shall be preferred
- Excellent English language proficiency is required (oral and written).

**Experience**
- To have hands-on experience in coordination of inspection activities (from Inspection Notification to Inspection arrangement and issuance of the report).
- Minimum 10 years of working experience, with min. 5 years in relevant coordination.
- Experience with Inspection Agencies, or EPC companies shall be preferred
- Professional proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SAP & Smart Materials
- Adequate knowledge of Quality Management System, ISO-9001.
