Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Construction Coordinator Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in reviewing and updating construction documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors, as well as the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Construction Coordinator Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and updating construction budget details while placing inspection orders with field inspectors.

Assigning inspection orders to nearby inspectors and tracking their acceptance and scheduling within the stipulated timeframe is also a key aspect of this role.

The selected candidate will need to communicate effectively with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing or required documentation.

Coordination with stakeholders through email and phone communication will be essential to ensure order fulfillment.

Scheduling and managing site inspections with field inspectors across the United States, following up to expedite order completion is a critical responsibility.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for notifying clients about order status updates via emails and chat messages to ensure transparency and efficiency.
