Urgently required **SALES EXECUTIVE**-**3PL Warehousing**for Logistics Industry

**Experience**:3-5 Years

**Qualification**:Graduation/ MBA

**Salary Range: 4**LPA -6LPA

a. Have a broad knowledge of **3PL** or **warehousing** and Transportation.

b. Able to achieve quarterly and Yearly targets.

c. **Sales Forecasting** skill is required.

d. Identify Valuable customers, prepare proposal for the customers.

e. Raise **RFQ (Request for Quotes**) as per customer’s requirement.

f. Successful track record in directly driving business, maintaining client relationships and people management.

g. Focus on **Market penetration** by targeting new customers.

h. Find & develop qualified leads convert them into a business.

i. Maintain records of customer details / sales visits.

**j.**Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management time to time.

k. Strong understanding of **Logistic system**.

l. Prepare Sales reports on time and reporting on daily basis.

m. Should be Customer Centric (Internal/ External).

n. Should be able to discover new opportunities.

o. Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

p. Customer Relationship Management.

q. Rate negotiation and contract finalization with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Ability to understand customer issues and help create solutions.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in supply chain 3PL Warehousing Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good English communication (verbal & writing) can also apply.
