(Depends on Interview) Location: Chennai Key Deliverables: Market Development and Business Growth, Customer Satisfaction, Sales Targets Achievement, Successful Negotiation, Market Insights and Analytics, Team Building & Development - Drive high-value orders by identifying and developing new prospects, focusing on 3PL and 4PL logistics partners. - Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored for the MHE market, customer base and ensures its strong presence in the Warehousing MHE Market. - Planning and budgeting sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas across all the regions and projecting expected sales volumes and profit. - Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand - Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for key accounts, with a focus on revenue growth and profitability. Monitor and analyse performance metrics for the teams - Working with customers across diverse sectors - Preparing costing, generating quotes and follow up with customers till the closures of orders. - Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
