Park Avenue Koramangala is a 37-room boutique hotel offering a personalized experience for our guests. We have a cozy 24-seater dining area and a live counter that elevates our guests’ dining experience.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of breakfast items, including north Indian and south indian, continental, and healthy options.
- Handle all in-house food orders from guests, ensuring timely and consistent preparation.
- Operate a live cooking counter during peak times, especially for breakfast.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning, particularly for breakfast and light meals.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock control of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, ideally within a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Expertise in preparing breakfast dishes and handling multi-cuisine orders.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality food consistently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Work Schedule**:
The Chef is expected to work flexible hours, primarily during breakfast and peak meal times, with a focus on quality and service.
