We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Online Reputation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the online reputation of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer queries, aiming to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving for effective resolution.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor and manage our company's online reputation across different platforms, including social media, review websites, and online forums.
Respond to customer reviews, comments, and feedback in a timely and appropriate manner, addressing both positive and negative sentiments.
Implement strategies to mitigate negative online content and proactively work towards enhancing our online reputation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop initiatives aimed at improving customer perception and satisfaction.
Conduct regular analysis and reporting on online sentiment and feedback trends to identify areas for improvement.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
