Bizkro is looking for Paid Ads Executives

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies to drive traffic and conversions for clients
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords for campaigns
- Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with client goals
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Analyze campaign metrics to provide regular reports on performance to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid advertising and implement new features as appropriate

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights to optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance to clients
- Google AdWords certification is preferred but not required
- Quick analytical and fast learning ability to understand the science of other new emerging advertising platforms.

Salary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
