**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.

**Experience**:
3+ years of Functional & Non-Functional Testing experience.

**Must-Have Skills**:
Manual Testing:
Proficient in manual testing methodologies and techniques.

Ability to design, execute, and document manual test cases.

Salesforce Service Cloud:
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Understanding of Service Cloud features and functionalities.

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Nice-To-Have Skills**:
Automation Testing:
Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks.

Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts.

Data Testing:
Knowledge of data testing principles and techniques.

Ability to validate data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce environment.

API Testing:
Understanding of API testing concepts and best practices.

Experience in testing APIs integrated with the Salesforce platform.

**Responsibilities**:
Test Planning and Design:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive test plans.

Develop test cases that cover both functional and non-functional aspects of the Salesforce Service Cloud.

Manual Testing Execution:
Identify, document, and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams for resolution.

Salesforce Service Cloud Testing:
Focus on testing Salesforce Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, and customer support functionalities.

Communication and Collaboration:
Effectively communicate test results and issues to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts.

Automation, Data, and API Testing (Nice to Have):
Contribute to or perform automation, data, and API testing as needed.

Enhance testing efficiency through the implementation of automated testing practices.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Contribute to process improvements within the QA function.

This role requires a skilled QA professional with a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud testing, manual testing expertise, and the potential to contribute to automation, data, and API testing initiatives. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this position.
