We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven E-Commerce and Modern Trade Executive to join our dynamic team in the food production industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our online presence and enhancing our relationships with modern trade partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring our products reach a wider audience through various digital sales platforms. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative products and contribute to shaping our digital strategies in this fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Manage relationships with modern trade partners, ensuring optimal shelf placement and promotional opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product development and marketing.
- Coordinate online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Quick commerce space.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or modern trade roles, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
- Experience in relevant industry preferably in FMCG is a plus.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per day
