Adaayafarm is a company that specializes in the manufacturing and exporting of compostable Areca Palm Leaf Tableware. We aim to create sustainable and eco-friendly products to promote a balanced plant-based future. Our company has won the prestigious ThinkBig Awards in Nov 2016 organized by International Women Entrepreneurs Federation called Weconnect International. We sell our products in 31 countries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
1.Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including processing orders, managing sales schedules, and coordinating meetings.
2.Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
3.Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding products, prices, and delivery schedules.
**Order Management**:
1.Process sales orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.
2.Monitor order status and coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
3.Resolve any issues related to orders, such as delays or discrepancies.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
1.Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
2.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
3.Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
**Sales Coordination**:
1.Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conferences, and events.
2.Support the sales team in preparing for trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
3.Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and sales tools.
**Administrative Tasks**:
1.Manage and organize sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
2.Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to the Sales Manager.
3.Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2.Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a sales department.
3.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
6.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
**Additional Requirements**:
1.Prior experience in the Export related industry is a plus.
2.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
3.Flexibility to occasionally work outside of regular business hours for special projects or events.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
