**Job description**:
1.Handle Incoming Inquiries. Should handle end to end calls incoming out going call & follow-up with customer. Offer generation.

2.Handle digital media marketing portal.

3.Internal Team Coordination & Offer Generation.

4.Identify new opportunities and evaluate customer needs.

5.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.

6.Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- 0-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in back end
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in local language, English and Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage
- Teamplay
- Immediate Joining is Preferred
- Fresher can also applicable

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
