**Job Title**: Territory Sales Executive.

**Illustrative Responsibilities:

- **
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors in the assigned territory to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Monitor distributor performance, including sales targets, inventory levels, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure distributors have adequate product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing materials to effectively promote products.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to foster loyalty and maximize sales performance.
- Identify and onboard new distributors within the assigned territory to expand the distribution network.

**Preferable Requirements**:

- Graduate degree (Preferably B Pharma) from a premier institute
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.

**Expectations**:

- Strong understanding of the medical device market and sales channels.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
