Key Responsibilities:

- **Promoting Products**:MRs present and explain the features and benefits of their company's products to healthcare professionals.
- **Building Relationships**:They develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:MRs are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets set by their company.
- **Gathering Feedback**:They collect feedback from healthcare professionals about the products and relay this information back to the company.
- **Staying Updated**:MRs need to stay informed about new medical developments, competitor products, and industry trends.
- **Maintaining Records**:They keep detailed records of their interactions with healthcare professionals and manage product samples.
- **Compliance**:MRs ensure they adhere to ethical practices and industry regulations.
- **Training and Education**:They may conduct product training for healthcare professionals and participate in medical seminars.

Skills Required:

- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:MRs need to be excellent communicators to effectively present products and build relationships.
- **Sales and Negotiation Skills**:They should be able to persuade healthcare professionals to prescribe or use their company's products.
- **Product Knowledge**:MRs must have a thorough understanding of their company's products and the medical field in general.
- **Organization and Time Management**:They need to manage their time effectively, plan visits, and track sales performance.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills**:MRs need to be able to address customer queries and analyze sales data.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
