Job Title: Medical Representative

Job Summary:
The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Raising Superstars' early childhood

development programs to paediatricians, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. By educating

healthcare providers on the benefits of these programs, the Medical Representative will help drive

referrals and endorsements, ensuring that parents are introduced to the importance of brain

development during early childhood.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote Programs to Paediatricians and Doctors: Actively introduce and promote the Raising

Superstars early childhood brain development programs to healthcare professionals,

particularly paediatricians and child specialists.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture professional relationships with

doctors, hospitals, and clinics to gain endorsements and recommendations for Raising

Superstars’ programs.
- Educate on Brain Development: Provide in-depth knowledge on the science of early

childhood brain development, synaptic pruning, and the impact of the critical early years on

long-term cognitive and emotional health.
- Present Research & Data: Effectively present scientific research, case studies, and

testimonials to healthcare providers, explaining the tangible benefits of early intervention

through the company’s programs.
- Coordinate Events and Workshops: Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and

workshops for healthcare professionals to further educate them about the programs and the importance of early brain stimulation.

Achieve Sales Targets: Drive referrals and sign-ups through healthcare professionals, meeting

and exceeding sales targets set by the company.
- Feedback & Reporting: Regularly report on feedback from healthcare providers, market

insights, and potential opportunities for program improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields. Specialization in child

development or paediatrics is a plus.
- Minimum 4years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in paediatrics,

healthcare products, or early childhood programs.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate complex medical concepts simply and clearly.
- Confidence in presenting scientific data and research to medical professionals.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to travel and meet with healthcare professionals in their offices or clinics.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools for tracking leads and reporting.
