**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive Spoken English sessions to youth at the Lighthouse.
- Conduct engaging classroom activities focused on communication and job readiness skills.
- Evaluate students through regular assessments and track their progress.
- Provide individual feedback, coaching, and mentorship to support learning goals.
- Report training updates and outcomes to the Master Trainer.
- Suggest creative ideas to enhance training content and delivery methods.
- Prepare and share training-related reports as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective program delivery.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- **1-2 years of experience** in teaching, training, or facilitation (preferably in English communication).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and manage a class of **25-30 students** effectively.
- Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about youth development.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
- Commitment to the empowerment of youth and community transformation.
