**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and engaging **Power BI & Advanced Excel Trainer** to conduct interactive, practical workshops for MBA students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on learning sessions that equip management students with data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills required in today’s corporate world.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **workshops** in MBA institutes on **Power BI** and **Advanced Excel**.
- Teach concepts such as:

- **Advanced Excel**: Pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, data cleaning, automation
- **Power BI**: Data import, data modeling, DAX, visualizations, dashboards, publishing & business use cases.
- Ensure workshops are **interactive and skill-based** rather than purely theoretical.
- Customize content as per institute requirements and MBA specialization (Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations).
- Assess participants’ progress and provide **feedback and real-world insights**.
- Stay updated with the latest versions of Excel, Power BI, and **industry trends**.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in **Management, Data Analytics, Finance, IT, or related fields**.
- **Proven experience** in training or corporate workshops on Power BI & Advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization, dashboarding, and analytical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage MBA students.
- Ability to design **case studies, role plays, and real-life business problem-solving exercises**.
- Prior experience in MBA institutes or corporate training will be an added advantage.
