**Job Title: Power BI Expert**

**Experience: 5 + years (Power BI and analytics)**

**Location: Pune**

**Contract Duration: (6 months full time convertible based on performance)**

**Work Mode: Hybrid Model**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Modeling:
○ Design and develop optimized data models for efficient querying and analysis.

○ Create relationships and hierarchies within datasets to support business

requirements.

○ Perform data transformation using Power Query and DAX.
- Analytics & Reporting:
○ Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights.

○ Develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI.

○ Write and optimize DAX formulas for calculations and aggregations.
- Deployment & Maintenance:
○ Publish and manage dashboards in Power BI Service.

○ Implement row-level security and user access controls.

○ Schedule and monitor data refreshes and performance.
- Collaboration:
○ Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with

business objectives.

○ Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate data sources and maintain data

pipelines.

○ Provide end-user training and support for Power BI solutions.
- Continuous Improvement:
○ Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

○ Recommend and implement enhancements to improve reporting and analytics

capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Technical Expertise:
○ Proven experience in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

○ Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and database design.

○ Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M language).

○ Familiarity with connecting Power BI to various data sources (Postgres, Excel,

APIs, etc.).
- Analytical Skills:
○ Ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize data to address business needs.

○ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

○ Experience in deploying Power BI solutions in enterprise environments is a plus.

○ Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, and Postgres is a must
- Soft Skills:
○ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

○ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Power BI Certification is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
