- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency in food quality.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards before serving.
- Conduct regular taste tests and adjust recipes as necessary to maintain flavor profiles.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Indian cuisine, preferably in a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen staff.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
