**Position**: Implementation Executive
**Experience**: 2 to 3 Years
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Location**: Sector 62, Noida

**Key Responsibilities**
- **ERP/CRM Project Management**:

- Lead the implementation of ERP or CRM software tailored to têxtiles, garments, and clothing industries.
- Handle end-to-end client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
- Conduct system testing and debugging before project handover

**Team Management**:

- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring focus, coordination, and productivity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor performance and ensure deadlines are met effectively.

**Client Communication and Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and addressing concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align expectations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through negotiation and professional interaction.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Work with MIS software for reporting and analysis.
- Maintain and optimize têxtile-related software, ensuring smooth operation and data integrity.

**Process Optimization**:

- Identify gaps in current workflows and implement solutions using ERP/CRM systems.
- Enhance operational efficiency by automating manual processes.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure project quality by thoroughly testing solutions before deployment.
- Provide training to clients and teams on implemented software.

**Strategy and Innovation**:

- Develop IT strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in têxtile and IT industries to innovate processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in implementing ERP/CRM systems, preferably in têxtiles or related industries.
- Strong understanding of têxtile/garment industry software.
- Proficiency in MIS software for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and inspire teams effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Good personality with a professional demeanor.
