**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the end-to-end implementation of HRIMS software, from requirement gathering to successful deployment.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of implementation projects.
- Customize and configure the HRIMS software based on client specifications and business requirements.
- Provide training to clients on using the HRIMS software efficiently and ensuring proper adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation phase.
- Conduct system tests and data migration activities, ensuring proper system functionality and data accuracy.
- Ensure all project documentation, including client requirements, software configuration, and user manuals, are up-to-date.
- Monitor the progress of implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between the clients and the technical teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Provide post-implementation support, assisting clients with issues and concerns as they arise.
- Assist in preparing reports on project status, client feedback, and implementation timelines.
- Work with the sales team to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions during the implementation process.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an implementation or support role, preferably in the HR software or HRIMS industry (1-3 years for Executive; 3-5 years for Sr. Executive).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIMS software.
- Ability to customize software configurations to meet client-specific needs.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Good understanding of project management practices and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, or scripting languages is a plus.

Willingness to travel to client locations, if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
