**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Sourcing**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from JD creation to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across departments.

**Screening & Evaluation**
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate interview records and feedback documentation.

**Talent Pipeline Development**
- Engage with prospective talent through periodic follow-ups and relationship building.

**Onboarding Coordination**
- Ensure smooth handover to HR operations for joining and induction.

**Employer Branding Support**
- Assist in developing and posting job ads, social media content, and career page updates.
- Help organize hiring drives, career fairs, and employer branding events.

**Mandatory Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and use of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines.
- Prior experience in the development sector hiring is a plus.
