Position: Pre-Sales Executive
Location: High Street Mall, Thane west.
**Job Summary**:
A Pre-Sales Executive in the real estate industry plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and providing essential information to potential buyers. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to effectively present and promote properties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, telecalling and direct inquiries
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics.
- Client Engagement:
Initiate contact with potential clients and maintain a database of leads.
- Property Presentations:
Present and explain property features, pricing, and other relevant details to potential buyers.
Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.
- Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
Provide detailed and accurate information to clients regarding the property and the buying process.
- Market Analysis:
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Analyse market data to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Follow up with leads to convert them into potential buyers.
- Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and sales progress.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a pre-sales or telecalling in the real estate industry.
**Skills**:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
**Additional Requirements**:
Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
