**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Convert leads into successful sales and long-term business partnerships.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and update a database of clients and prospects.
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid communication skills.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **Sales / Business Development / Cold Calling / Lead Conversion**.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.
