We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our manufacturing organization. The CEO will oversee all aspects of the business, driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation while ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and goals. This position requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, long-term plans, and business goals in alignment with the Board of Directors.
- Identify growth opportunities, including market expansion, partnerships, and product innovation.
- Lead the organization through transformational change, ensuring competitiveness and adaptability in the manufacturing landscape.

**Operational Excellence**
- Oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational success.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost optimization, lean manufacturing, and sustainable practices.

**Financial Oversight**
- Develop and manage the annual budget in alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure financial stability and profitability by optimizing resource allocation and managing risks effectively.
- Provide regular financial and operational updates to the Board.

**Team Development and Leadership**
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Promote a culture of innovation, integrity, and inclusivity across the organization.
- Mentor and empower employees at all levels to achieve their full potential.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Serve as the primary spokesperson and representative of the company to customers, investors, partners, and industry groups.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, regulatory bodies, and local communities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

**Experience**
- Minimum **15+ years of experience** in the manufacturing industry, with at least **5-8 years in a senior leadership role**.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in managing large-scale operations, including supply chain, production, and logistics.

**Skills**
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage P&L effectively.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to market changes and drive organizational transformation.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Exposure to international markets and global operations.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in manufacturing, such as Industry 4.0, IoT, and automation.
- Strong network within the manufacturing industry and related sectors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year
