**GM - SALES & MARKETING**

**THE COMPANY**:TriWorld Capita is a conglomerate Company with offices in Kochi & Dubai. It's diversified interests are in Realty, Hotels & Resorts, Sports, Tours & Financial investments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for design, execution and evaluation of sales and marketing strategies and drive customer acquisition, business tie
- ups and create a sustainable revenue stream
- Develop and drive sales initiatives and Promotional Activities to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
- Develop new business generation sources and clients through tapping Network, Local Brokers and various other channels
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations
- Generate Business from Existing Customer by strengthening the business relationship with them
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Regularly monitor the internal sales operation, business progress of the team and accordingly take effective measures and corrective action.
- Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of Sales enquiries, methods and results.
- Weekly Reports to Management

**REQUIREMENTS**:
.Should have worked for minimum 5 years in a leadership role, with the exposure of handling mega properties with leading developers in real estate/Hoitality/Tourism industry.

.In Depth Knowledge on Technical side of Products for cracking deal with Customer.

.Should have Team Management skills

.Target Oriented with Deliverables with Good Negotiation Skills..

**Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month**
