We are looking for a dynamic & experienced **Sales & Marketing Executive** to oversee our business operations in an assigned region. The **Sales & Marketing Executive** will be responsible for direct sales & marketing of our company’s products (i.e.**, ice cream & frozen food products**) under a thorough and well-versed leadership. You would be responsible for finding and winning new **customers/retailers/distributors**, as well as looking after existing customer base and ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keeping in contact with existing customers/retailers/distributors in person and by phone
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers/retailers/distributors
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Meeting sales targets
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
- Giving feedback on sales trends
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion of market share of product.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.
- Collaborate with marketing team for the planning of large events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
