Packing Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate packing of Performa products for export, adhering to all packaging standards.
- Maintain high-quality control throughout the packing process, minimizing product damage.
- Optimize packing efficiency to reduce costs and improve turnaround time.
- Coordinate with the production team for a smooth flow of products.
- Manage packing materials and equipment.
- Train and supervise packing staff on procedures, quality, and safety.
- Monitor and report on packing performance and KPIs.
- Comply with all export regulations related to packaging and documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics and export departments for timely shipments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of printed poly bags for export products.
- Verify printed information (product name, quantity, barcode).
- Check and record the date printed on poly bags against export profiles.
- Identify and report discrepancies in printed poly bags.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams.
- Maintain a log of checked poly bags.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the inspection process.
- Ensure accurate weighing of filled bags for export.
- Supervise packing staff involved in weighing and related tasks.
- Monitor and maintain weighing equipment.
- Identify and address discrepancies in bag weights.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations related to weight and quantity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the weighing process.
- Collaborate with production and quality control departments.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in packing and/or supervisory roles, preferably in an export environment.
- Strong knowledge of packaging standards and export regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to train and supervise staff.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
