**Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Calls**: Receive and answer incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and handling various service-related issues.
- **Customer Support**: Offer excellent customer support by resolving problems, clarifying doubts, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update customer information in the database during and after each call.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- **Positive Attitude**: A positive and enthusiastic attitude is crucial to maintain motivation and keep a friendly demeanor during calls.
- **Patience**: Maintain composure and patience, especially in challenging or high-pressure situations.
- **Multi-tasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing calls while navigating computer systems.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage call times and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- **Customer Focus**: Maintain a customer-centric approach, aiming to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.
- **Gender**:Only for females.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
