**AM Tech Networks (Card Insider)** is looking for a dynamic **Tele Sales Executive or Tele-Caller Agent **who will be cooperating with the credit card sales for achieving the Credit card Sales target. Fresher and experienced both can apply, preferably female.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Increase credit card Leads and Sales.
- Communicating with customers and sales representatives.
- Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets.
- Engaging with the customers to provide them with the necessary information and customer support.
- Resolving complaints of customers from their card issuance experience.

**Job Requirement**:

- Ability to connect with customers and convert leads to sales.
- Excellent customer service skill
- Ability to relate with people from different backgrounds
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Prior experience in credit card sales will be added advantage.
- Meet and exceed sales targets

**Skills**:

- Must be Graduated
- Good Communication (English, Hindi) Skills.
- Prior Experience of the Banking and Finance domain/ fresher can also apply.
