**Tele Sales Executive - Australian Solar Sales (Work from Home)**

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced **Tele Sales Executives** to join our team for the Australian Solar Sales process. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining solar solutions, and generating sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers (leads will be provided).
- Promote solar products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Build rapport and maintain a professional conversation with prospects.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of tele sales experience** in the **Australian solar industry** (mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.
- Must have your own **laptop, headphones, and stable internet connection**.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
