Job Title: Accountant Receivable (with focus on Accounts Receivable, GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation)

**Required Qualifications**:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (B. Com preferred).

3+ years of experience in Accounts, Receivables, GST, and TDS.

Post-Graduate Degree (PG) is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Receivables:
Client Receipts Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of client receipts.

Foreign Inward Payments: Manage foreign payments, ensuring accurate recording.

Coordination for Invoice Details: Work closely with clients for invoice-related queries and ensure timely invoicing.

Client Balance Confirmation and Reconciliation: Regular reconciliation of client balances and confirmation of outstanding amounts.

2. Bank Reconciliation:
Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis to ensure accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.

3. Tax and GST Compliance:
TDS Management: Understanding of TDS rates, limits, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

GST: Handling GST working, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance.

26AS Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of Form 26AS with records.

4. Other Key Accounting Tasks:
Ledger Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

Accounts Receivables Management: Oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collection and accurate reporting.

**Skills and Tools**:
Zoho Knowledge: Familiarity with Zoho accounting software is required.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
