Position: Social Media Content Specialist

Location: Mumbai and adjoining areas

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy:

- Develop engaging and brand-aligned content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and execute content calendars based on trends, marketing goals and audience insights.
- Write compelling copy, captions and hashtags that drive engagement.

Community Management & Engagement:

- Monitor social media channels and actively engage with followers, responding to comments and messages.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

- Track, analyze and report on key social media metrics to measure content performance.
- Optimize content strategy based on insights, trends and audience behavior.

Trend Analysis & Innovation:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats, interactive features and storytelling techniques.
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our content fresh and competitive.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
- Strong writing, storytelling and visual content skills.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
